How do I know the work was actually done?
Clear before/after photos and a written condition report after every service — stored in your account.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes and plans are free with no obligation.

Can you care for more than one grave?
Yes. Many families care for several loved ones in one account, with family savings when you add two or more memorials.
How often do you visit on a plan?
Four times a year — once each season — plus any extra visits you book.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime. No contracts.
Cemetery & access
What if the cemetery won't allow it?
Your Care Manager files all required permissions before the visit. In our experience, cemeteries welcome insured, professional care.
Do you work with private and rural cemeteries?
Yes — we operate in over 200,000 cemeteries, including small family plots.
