We treat the trust of grieving families with the same care we bring to every memorial. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Who we are
Tending is a grave care service operated by All Funeral Services, LLC, 750 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY. References to “we”, “us”, or “Tending” in this policy mean All Funeral Services, LLC.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email, mailing address, and phone number.
- Memorial details — cemetery, plot, headstone description, and any care preferences you share with your Care Manager.
- Payment information — processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Photos & reports — before/after photographs and condition notes we create during each visit.
- Usage data — basic analytics from this website (pages viewed, browser, approximate location), used to improve the experience.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule, perform, and document grave care visits.
- To send you photo reports, receipts, and care updates.
- To coordinate with cemeteries on your behalf.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, accounting, and insurance obligations.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us deliver care: cemetery offices, vetted local crews, our payment processor, our email provider, and our cloud hosting partners. Every partner is bound by confidentiality terms.
5. Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you at any time.
- You can correct or delete your information by emailing info@tending.app.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of every message. Service emails (receipts, care reports) will continue while your plan is active.
- California, Colorado, Virginia, and other U.S. state residents have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it to deliver your care.
7. Children
Tending’s services are intended for adults arranging care for a loved one. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify active customers by email.
