What's included each visit

• Gentle biological cleaning with a pH-neutral process
• Inspection of the marker base, joints, and surrounding plot
• Removal of leaves, debris, and seasonal growth
• Replacement of any seasonal flowers you've requested
• Before/after photo report sent to your email and stored in the app

The seasonal cadence

Spring — winter clean-up, structural check after freeze-thaw, fresh cleaning. Summer — algae and lichen control, lettering check. Autumn — leaf clearance, gutter and drainage check on family plots, light cleaning. Winter — winterising visit before the first freeze, with documentation of the marker's state going into the cold months.

What if conditions change?

Storms, cemetery access changes, and unusual weather are handled by your Care Manager without you needing to lift a finger. We'll tell you exactly what was different and what we did about it in the next report.

What it costs

Pricing is per memorial and includes all four seasonal visits. Multi-memorial discounts apply automatically. Pause or cancel anytime — no contracts.
