How specialists join the team
We hire from monument-care, restoration, and conservation backgrounds. Every specialist goes through a multi-week onboarding that covers our cleaning protocol, documentation standards, and cemetery etiquette.
What they're trained to do
- Biological cleaning with D/2 and pH-neutral surfactants
- Lettering preservation and pigment restoration
- Safe handling and re-setting of small markers
- Photographic documentation to our standard format
- Cemetery permissions and access protocols
How we protect your monument — and you
Every visit is covered by a $2M liability policy for accidental damage. Specialists log their arrival, work, and departure through the app, so you always know who was on site and when.
